Ajax SpaceControl

Ajax SpaceControl is a wireless key fob for controlling a security system. SpaceControl is designed for remote arming and disarming the alarm system. There are four buttons, each with a specific function. When the desired button is pressed, the wireless alarm key fob sends a signal via radio to the security system control panel. Key fob buttons can perform the following functions: arming the room, disarming, panic button, service button — they can be programmed to perform automated actions and control a smart home.

After receiving the signal, the security system's control panel processes it and turns the armed mode on or off. When the panic button on the wireless security key fob is pressed, the alarm control panel will switch to the "alarm" mode and immediately call for help. The radio communication system of the wireless key fob protects the device from forgery and encrypts the information that the key fob exchanges with the hub. This principle of operation provides security of the signalling from hacking attempts by intruders at a high level.

The key fob is ready to work right out of the box. The battery is already pre-installed and works without replacement for up to five years thanks to the energy-saving algorithm. With one click, it can be connected to the hub in the mobile application. Ajax SpaceControl can work as part of third-party security systems through Ajax integration modules (uartBridge and ocBridge / ocBridge Plus). The wireless key fob housing is made in a rugged plastic case.
