You can place an order as a guest or as a registered user, you may register a new user simultaneously. Click the "Go to delivery" button after entering contact information. • At the second step of the checkout, you will be offered a choice of a delivery method. The cost and expected delivery time are calculated automatically based on the weight and volume of your order, as well as the country of delivery. You may also insure the parcel and purchase an extended warranty for an additional fee. The total of the order will be calculated automatically based on the selected services. Click the "Payment for the order" button after choosing the delivery method and/or additional services. • At the third step of the checkout, you will be offered three payment methods to choose from: "Bank Transfer", "Credit Card". When choosing to pay via bank transfer you will be redirected to the reservation page, where you can download a proforma invoice with details needed for transfer. The items will be reserved for you for 3 business days.
Can I pay for my order upon receipt?

Is there a system of cumulative discounts? Is it possible to get special price on individual basis?
The price for each product depends on the total amount of the order: the greater the amount, the lower the unit price of the product. There is a flexible system of discounts for wholesale customers. Please contact us for a personalized quote.
Can I place an order as a company with a VAT number?
Yes, you can place an order as a legal entity with VAT number registered in the European Union.
What VAT rate will be applied to my order?
For EU countries, the tax rate depends on the delivery country. If your company is located outside of the European Union, then VAT does not apply to your order.
What is my order number?
The order number is available on the payment confirmation or reservation page. It is also shown in the email you receive after placing your order.
How to buy a product if it is out of stock?
Information about the arrival of goods to our warehouse is available on the product page. Scheduled arrival dates are approximate as those depend on many factors.
If you want to receive an email when an item is back in stock, you may click on the «Notify me» button on the product page.
You may also place a preorder for out of stock items. When placing an order for product that is out of stock, the system will automatically create a preorder for the product. Preorder will be created without a delivery service and payment for such order is not required.
As soon as the preordered item will become available in our warehouse, you will receive a proforma invoice with updated item price and delivery price.
How fast will you receive my bank transfer?
Payments in EUR and GBP are usually received in 1 business day. Payments made in USD or other currencies are usually received in 1 to 3 business days.
What if my credit card payment is declined?
Most common reasons for declined payment are a lack of funds on the card or a ban for Internet purchases. We suggest to contact your bank to find out the reason for the declined payment.
Will I receive an invoice?
The invoice in PDF format will be sent along with the tracking number of the parcel immediately after the order is shipped. Registered users can access order history section in their account where invoices for all completed orders are available.
