802.11ac 4x4 MIMO Access Point

UniFi InWall HD is a universal dual-band access point, which is designed for flush installation, for use in office environments where it is difficult to install standard models for various reasons. The access point has the appearance of a conventional Ethernet socket, and is used with mounting instead.
UniFi InWall HD, despite its unusual form factor has a very productive radio part. The model supports 802.11 AC standards in wave 2 revision, which allows the use of Mu-Mimo and Beamforming technologies. Thus, the model is suitable even for use in high-density WiFi networks, which for such a compact model is more than decent result

The network interface of the model includes 5 Ethernet ports, which is unexpectedly large for a WiFi access point. However, taking into account that the model also has Ethernet socket functions, it is quite natural. On one port the access point receives data and power, using 802.3at PoE+ scheme, and 4 other gigabit Lan ports are designed for subscribers. It should be noted that they have the option of pass-through 48V Pass-Through power supply.

The UniFi InWall HD achieves a maximum data rate of 1733 Mbps at 5 GHz, and 300 Mbps in the 2.4 GHz band. Thus, the total data transfer rate when using the access point exceeds the value of 2 Gbps. Supports an advanced package of features, including traffic prioritization.

Works with the UniFi Network Application

UniFi Network Application allows to centrally manage multiple networks from an intuitive interface. Using this application you will be able to upgrade device firmware remotely, manage network users and guests, enjoy deep configuration options and also personalize the design, architecture, and privacy of guest hotspots.
