Wi-Fi has to be fast, reliable, easy to manage, it must reach every room and every corner. That is exactly what Audience devices can deliver in grand style – even in the biggest houses!

Audience is a tri-band (one 2.4 GHz & two 5 GHz) home access point with LTE support and meshing technology. If you need Wi-Fi in a huge building with all kinds of obstacles, simply add more Audience devices to your network – with a press of a button they will sync seamlessly and create a single Wi-Fi network to cover the whole premises. The initial setup is also very simple – download the iOS or Android MikroTik app, it will connect to the router and guide you through a quick setup process.

In some cases a single Audience unit might be able to replace several other routers – it covers up to 1858 m² (20000 square feet) easily. It depends on the amount of obstacles, Wi-Fi clients and interference, so results may vary.

Who said you should hide your router in the closet? Bring it out in the open and enjoy faster and smoother signal in your whole home. A router for those who value both beauty and functionality. At the heart of the Audience is an ARM 32bit architecture powered by the IPQ-4019 processor, which features four CPU cores running at a nominal frequency of 716 MHz. This setup is bolstered by 256 MB of RAM and 128 MB of NAND storage, ensuring smooth operation and ample space for RouterOS—the device's versatile operating system that holds a level 4 license. The system's performance is further enhanced by IPsec hardware acceleration, allowing secure, high-speed data transmissions.

In terms of connectivity, the Audience supports tri-band wireless frequencies, including two separate 5 GHz bands and one 2.4 GHz band, accommodating a variety of uses and minimizing interference. The 2.4 GHz band supports a maximum data rate of 300 Mbit/s and utilizes two chains with an antenna gain of 3.5 dBi, adhering to Wi-Fi 4 (802.11b/g/n) standards. The first 5 GHz band offers a maximum data rate of 867 Mbit/s with two chains and an antenna gain of 4.5 dBi, while the second 5 GHz band significantly enhances the device's capabilities with a maximum data rate of 1733 Mbit/s across four chains, both supporting Wi-Fi 5 (802.11a/n/ac) standards.

Dual-chain 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz wireless coverage will solve most interference issues in a crowded environment. For example, you can simultaneously use the 2.4 GHz channel for all your household mobile devices and reserve the 5 GHz channel for your PC or TV.

Connectivity options include two Gigabit Ethernet ports which provide robust wired connections. For power, the Audience is equipped with dual DC inputs (DC jack and PoE-IN) supporting a wide input voltage range from 12 to 57 V. It features a passive cooling system to maintain optimal performance levels without the need for active cooling, consuming a maximum of 27 W under normal operation. Passive PoE support is also included, with an input voltage range of 24-57 V, offering flexibility in installation locations without the need for direct power sources.
